Staging Coordinator

Summary: Reporting to the Detail Shop Manager or designated manager, communicate and with Lot Operations in order to coordinate the flow of vehicles for each lane into the Detail Shop and to identify Rough Vehicles when they arrive.

Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Separate vehicles per detail type for each lane and pull vehicles forward and into the Pre-Vac station.
2. Responsible for de-trashing rough vehicles and the removal of license plates (if applicable)
3. Responsible for the repair of non-operational vehicles.
4. Provide prompt and courteous service to all persons with whom they come in contact. Maintain a professional appearance and neat work environment at all times consistent with company policy.
5. Resolve any customer complaints in a friendly, courteous manor and advise management of all serious complaints or incidents.
6. Ensure all shop area conditions are not a potential threat to employee or customer safety. Respond to and follow proper procedures on employee or customer accidents, injuries and loss or damage to any property. Report all incidents to Detail Shop Supervisor or Manager immediately per auction policy.
7. Contact lot Manager or designated manager to deliver more cars to the staging area when number of cars falls below the predetermined level.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
